Yolanda Pérez Novoa

Patroness and Member of the QUIRÓN & HIGEA Foundation.

Diploma in Schoolteaching, specialty in Human Sciences from the University of Cantabria, 1986 and Degree of Fine Arts from the Universidad del País Vasco, 1994.

She is a professor and coordinator of the Department of Plastic Arts, Technical Drawing and Art History of the Educational Foundation “La Merced” in Santander, Spain.

Coordinator of the educational projects of the center: arts, emotions and creativity, Botín Foundation, Santander; and the Guggenheim Museum educational project, Bilbao.

She has developed an enormous artistic work since 1997, with more than 40 individual and group exhibitions held in Spain, Portugal and Morocco. Her work is part of public and private collections, such as the Fundación Valdecilla Collection, El Diario Montañés, The Central Library of Cantabria, The Arnuero Art Observatory, and the Foro Assilah Foundation in Morocco.
